External evaluation offers an important tool for developing an organization or improving a program. Our approach to evaluation is pragmatic – we draw upon real world experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors to help clients to do their best work. We do not subscribe to a single methodology; every evaluation uses qualitative and quantitative methods as appropriate to the individual program. We provide clients with actionable information including an analysis of program strengths and areas for improvement.
